Friday, May 01, 2009 ~ Back again...
Ok, I really have not posted anything in a loongg time! Time really flies doesnt it??? Once I was just starting school but now it's already the end of the term! How time flies! My b'day, VEISHA, Spring break, FTX, Adventure Training ...and Spain, Athens and the UK to come! :)I've been reading, hearing alot in the US and Singapore about certain topics....demanding certain rights.. using arguements such as, "we want freedom & equality!", "conservatives/moderates have lost, being liberal is the cool new thing" etc... However after going thru History class and some deep thought... I wonder... by being more open and liberal and in a certain sense "fair & equal" how has that changed society? It seems to me that everytime we become more & more liberal, has society changed for the better?? Seems that the longer we go on, the more we degrade our value systems and the more messy things are now? Make no mistake, I do not hate any of the people who believe in these ideas, I'm just stating some questions/conclusions after deep thought.. and after all we are a open society where we believe in tolerence and free speech no?

Wednesday, March 04, 2009 ~ Dreams...
I had a dream.In that dream.. I was in my room, suddenly there was a knock on a door and I went to open it. At the door was an agent, ISD, he was there to bring me to Singapore to make me do NS and charge me.. He attempted to arrest me, there was a struggle but I knocked him out. I fled the scene in a van but was chased by a gang of hitmen out to get my for not doing NS. I grabed the gun of one of them and shot him in the belly and with that I got away.
The scene then cuts to this corridor with uniformed & non-uniformed police and civilians. I attempt to go up to one of the police officers to turn myself in but then the ISD agent from earlier on appears and starts shouting for them to arrest me and shoot me. Somehow I feel he's corrupt, He threatens to kill me.. I charge him.. we struggle.. I beat the crap outta him.. I take away his gun.. and start to leave.. he brings his other sidearm up to me saying it's over... I say yes it is... we both fire... his shot grazes my shoulder.. I hit him twice in the chest.. perfect shots.. he's gone... Next thing I know.. I'm with a nurse and doctor.. who tells me that all I need is to bandage the wound and she's gonna leave the bullet...
Then I wake up.
So what just happened?? Weird Dreams?

hmmm.. well havent said much in a long while! Things have been good though tiring!!! Mid terms are just over... got 89.9 for Micro Econs, 85 for Accounting and unknown yet for history... i'm looking forward to Spring break, the trip up to minneapolis and the soccer tourney next week.... Seems that time flies by so fast! I wonder where has it gone to? hmmmm...
Anyway, glad that this week has slowed down ALOT! I'm really looking forward to getting a good rest for the next challenge...

Wednesday, January 14, 2009 ~ 1st weeks..
My first week @ ISU has been pretty fun... 1st day of school and we've got protestors protesting the GAZA War... wow! Never thought I would see such a thing here! School's been good, been meeting lots of people esp in the dorms.. Suprise but there have been like ALOT of international students around!! Buchanan is a great place, the people are pretty friendly & nice.. :)
Most of the classes are huge! it's like 300 people in a lecture? wow... some classes are just lectures all the way... some have tutorials! 1st week and I already have homework.. :(

Wednesday, January 07, 2009 ~ New year, new day
Haven't updated in the longest longest time. So here's a summary of things that's happened! Had a great time catching up with all the friends during the dec hols.. and then after that it was a great rush to meet up with everyone before I flew off to Iowa for university..Iowa is cold, temp's abt -8 with wind chill making it alot colder then it actually is.. got here about 1730 local time and then went for dinner @ a local resutrant before a short drive around town followed by settling in and sleeping...A short preview:
